| yea; i dont really know wut the deal is with muscle milk but you can take 2 servings of whey and it will only give you 4 grams fat 2 grams sat fat and 220 calories with 40 protein. I dont know if gnc guys get paid off commision.
but then agian your body can use all of the nutrients and burn everything off during the workout so... |
