To gain weight you need to eat in excess of what you burn. Sounds like you have a very high activity level,which means you will need many more than the 2000 calories you've been getting. Break down your meals into 6-8 per day and shoot for somewhere in the 3200-4000 calorie range. Ensure that these meals contain a balance of fats, carbs, and proteins, with your proteins being the #1 source. Its tough at first, but it will happen.
