Hey Anahita,
We share some similarities, I am in Austin, TX and am 5'6" weighing 130#. Thats crazy!
Great job on the weight loss, you rock!
Keep up the great progress, you will build strength and endurance for sure. There are many smarties on this forum, I have learned so much since I have joined.
