Thanks guys, yeah I'm doin' better. I had the hardest few months of my life recently but things are easing up. I'm in a different place with my fitness now. I was really struggling the past month or so but something snapped last week and I've had a perception shift as far as food goes. I feel I'm finally on the right path for me.
I went to the doctor today for the first time in 20 years. One of my clients is a bigtime 'Trainer To The Stars' guy out here and he told me I should see his friend and have a physical and blood work done. So today was my first appointment and everything is perfect. Blood pressure, pulse, heartbeat, lungs etc... I was so happy. I anihalated my body and mind with drugs and booze in the 80's and most of the 90's, so for him to say I was good to go was such a relief. This doctor was so amazing, real progressive; into all the health, fitness and anti-aging stuff. They're doing all my blood work next week, all the normal stuff plus, HGH, testosterone & IGF-1.
I also started a full blown 21 day cleanse on Sunday. Today I went to work and everybody was saying I looked different. That I looked thin and my eyes were so bright and my assistant even said I was moving faster then usual all day. I'm on day 5 and I feel euphoric.
Well, I guess that's what's been going on with me... Oh I forgot the best part... My home scale is 2 pounds OVER!!!!
Also he had me stand on a scale that gave you your body fat %, he said it's not perfect but it gives you a ballpark. 33% BF - So that's where I'm at. It has been an up and down rollercoaster ride but I'm feeling on track all the way finally. I watched this movie called The Secret, it really changed my life.
