| IMO - I would only use pure ephedrine with pure caffiene. anything else is a waste of money. and at least you know exactly what your putting in to your body.
I would not even consider taking a fat loss supp unless I was already very close to my goal.
You say that you are getting nowhere - to me that says that you need to spet up the training and diet before taking supps.
Start using supps when you have a made a couple of months of good progress. If you start before you'll be taking supps for the rest of your life. |
