have small meals about 3 hours apart from each other. the act of eating and digesting increases your metabolism and burns calories. what you dont want to do is not eat, then you'll lose lean muscle and keep the fat and throw your metabolism out of whack.

walking/running for 30 minutes a day can help so does high intensity training for 10 minutes a day. weight training can help too. the key is to keep active. if you dont care for situps, look up planks and side planks. good exercises with less movements involved.
