Sorry I didn't really "elaborate" the detain in this Thread. Ok, Here's my bicep plan. This "plan" Is thrown in with my other workout. Everything else is toned and I just maintain it. But, I'd like to get bigger biceps. There not small, I just want them bigger! I work upper body twice a week and lower twice as well. In both of these upper body days I do biceps. First, I do 3 sets of Standing Barbell Curls with an E-Z curl bar. 1st set: 12 reps 2nd set: add more weight 10 reps 3rd set: add more weight 8 reps. THEN I move to the concentration curls. I do 3 sets of eight reps. Now does this sound like an OK bicep plan? I don't want to over work it and I think doing this would be just about right.
