Theres all kinds of stuff you could try, Scrambled tofu, They make veggie sausage veggie bacon (although i didnt like the veggie sausage and bacon), could have cerial with soymilk. Some bread like raisen bread with some natural butter. Now im not so sure how much any of these are high protein and low carb but you shouldnt go on a low carb diet anyway its better to go on a low calorie/low fat diet check out this site
