I havnt heard of the supplement, but im sure if your trying to lose weight it would help a bit but nothing overly significant or worth getting excited about. Im sure the side effects would be a result of the decreased fat absorption, therefore slimey poo

i guess this would be a good educator of how much fat your eating as you could see it come out.
Either way, weight training with cardio and a good diet is and always will be the best way.
