UMMMM absolutely not, eating mc donalds will most likely help you gain weight but muslce no way. I'm guessing your trying to bulk up correct? When you bulk up you want to gain as little fat as possible. Yes I guess Mc Donalds will make you overall "bigger" but you will be gaining lots of fat as well. You should be eating meals that have the same large amount of calories as some Mc Donalds meals but let those meals be healthy so you can gain as little fat as possible ya know?
