I mean if you eat like 3 times per week at McDonalds is that ood for aining muscle? And do you know how many grams of protein there are in a Big Mac Meal?
Thanks a lot
Well i work at Macdonald's and i can tell u this don't eat any of the burgers. If u do eat something from there get the one of the deli choice rolls with a multi grain bun. Tandoori chicken is great and is one of Macdonald's health foundation tick approved meals...and there chicken nuggets are tick approved now so if u want a snack get a 6 pack/10 pack of those. But yeah don't touch the burgers/fries and for a drink get a juice/water...they are all still bad for u but at least not as bad as they used to be...when i am washing up at closing i smash the chicken nuggets...thats all i eat there hehe its really tempting tho working there and trying to stick to my good foods but i pull threw
