| In its most basic format: It is the law of energy balance (on the negative side of the energy equation for tissue loss), that matters the most (the bottom line if you will). Eating cotto before bed is fine in my opinion as long as your in a caloric deficit. Sure the metabolism slows when one is sleeping (calories are burned approximately 60 to 80c per hour based several different factors as one is sleeping). If this fits your 24 hour clock, say its 9P and you eat 2 servings of fat free (say 140c), and sleep 8 hours, and still in deficit, take the 8 hours times 60 to 80 (and this period is part of the 24 hour cycle), and then subtractthe 140c example... there are no problems.......see what Im basically getting to in this fundelmental set? The correct kind of cotto is good food to eat, no complaints.
