| 4 months and no weight gain? Are you not in a calorie surplus?
When I started training I just wanted a bigger, more muscular body. I was so skinny that I never had plans to be big but just average.
However I don't care how I look so much now, I just want to lift more, muscle size is purely a side thought that I don't pay any attention to. So long as my lifts increase then I'm happy.
I have found that my view of body builders has changed though, they don't look half as big or odd as they used to. |
