Not eating enough of something?

I'm worried I may be eating "badly".. or eating too much of one thing.. I eat a banana and oatmeal for breakfast.. and an apple + banana for lunch + sandwich.. sandwich and lettuce/lemon + tomato + grapes for dinner (lol on a budget.. so my sandwiches = bread + mustard + ham).

I can afford to buy different things.. but I just dont know what would compose a "nutritional diet".. without cooking.. maybe I can cook eggs but that's about it.

I thought of buying multivitamins and more protein based foods but I cant think of anything that doesn't require cooking
