A good multi vitamin wouldn't hurt, but it won't make up for not eating well either.

Why can't you cook anything at all? Do you not have a stove? I'm sure time is an issue, it usually is for many people. Fixing some of the food the night before, or on Sundays, is a good way to save a lot of time if you don't have time to get up and fix everything in the mornings.

It's good that you are eating fruit, but you need more veggies, and more protein in there. Tuna is a good source of protein that doesn't require cooking, as is cottage cheese. There are ways to get in what you need, even if you are busy, it just may take some practice.
