If aerobics speeds aging, the human race would have become extinct long ago.

Ancient man relied upon aerobic exercise to survive; back then, he didn't walk for exercise, he walked and even ran out of daily necessity, and all the time. Hunting, gathering, building canoes, spear-fishing...that's all aerobic.

The human machine was designed by nature to operate aerobically -- and anaerobically.
