| Need some help I have been trying to cut for about 6 months now and i havent really seen any results. Ive been eating healthier and smarter than before and cut down my calorie intake but still nothing. I also go to the gym 6 days a week.
Breakfast:
1 bagel w/ low fat cream cheese and gatorade am
Lunch:
chicken wrap with fat free ranch, lettuce, and a little bit of cheese
Dinner:
1/4 of a chicken, rice, and sometimes sushi
im not to sure if thats good food seeing as to im not really sure what is but it seems healthy.
At the gym i do:
Mon - chest +abs
Tue - back + cardio (stairmaster 15 - 20min)
Wed - legs + abs
Thurs - arms + cardio
Fri - rest
Sat - rest
Sun - cardio 30 min
i was thinking about taking lipo 6 to help me loose weight fast but im not sure if its safe or not so any info on that would be great.
So if you guys have any idea on what i should do to see better results please let me know.
