A few suggestions:
You're not eating enough and I don't see a single vegetable. Try to mix in a few more meals, 5 or 6, optimally. In the end, your diet is what's holding you back.
I'd shoot for something like a full body workout 3 times a week - something challenging - with
HIIT a couple of times as well when cutting. At least that works best for me. Your routine is set up as if intended to grow specific muscles, which won't happen when cutting anyhow.
Nix the bagel. It's doing nothing good for you. Try something else, like oatmeal.
