Eating frequent meals is recommended; however, this BY ITSELF will NOT lead one to tissue loss (and your case fat loss): What will is getting your calories configured FIRST, and THEN developing a meal frequency pattern that BEST fits your personal requirements (of school, work, etc), and then setting up a training system around this. You have to work with your environment and have it best serve your purposes.


Yes, do get more veggies in the diet.
