| Personally, I think that the Ab Lounge (can't say anything about the "rocket trainer) is pretty much just a fun toy, but definitely not worth the price when there are hundreds of ab exercises that you can do for free. If someone handed me a free ab lounge, I'd take it and use it, but even then it wouldn't be the only one I'd use. |
