Insightful

Insightful. I believe that there are some basic principals to live by for optimal health and from there it's very specific to the individual. In my experience, each body is different from the next and so reacts differently to certain foods, vitamins, supplements, etc.

It's a real science learning how each individual body works and responds to certain things. I love the science.
