Sounds good.

As you said, a Glycemic Load score of 7 for " Potatoes, boiled, cooked in skin, flesh, without salt " is in the ' low ' load category ( 10 and under ) ...so that's a good thing IMO.

Even the load scores for boiled potatoes ( i.e. the Canadian scores ) from the link provided by ' theGOOCH ' still only range from 10 to just slightly over 11...again, a fairly good load score IMO.
