No grated cheese, ... I want it to be healthy

The thing I like about potatoes is that I can easily get a lot of calories by eating it.
I mean 250 grams of potatoes is one medium potato, it would take me a minute to eat it.
On the other side, I can get the nearly the same amount of calories by eating 250 pasta, however It would take me a lot more time to eat the pasta, and a lot more effort. I'd need 15-20 minutes to eat that, and I'd feel really full.
