| I use American Sports Nutrition American Whey. 110 Calories, 0 Fat, 30mg cholesterol, 1% sodium, 6 grams total carbs, 20 grams of protien, and 25 miligrams of digestive enzyme blend. A little pricey at $28 for a 3 lb tub, but the taste is great. Better than any whey I've ever tried. |
