| Oh thats what I forgot to ask. Is it ok to drink loads of skimmed milk? I was told not to drink too much when I was losing weight becuase of the casein and how its slow absorbing. It shouldn't be a problem when bulking though should it?
Also I'm not totally sure on how many grams of fat I should be getting. Most of it would come from walnuts, but as long as its good fats does it not really matter? |
