| Yeh I have multivitamins anyway, but I'll be getting 4 pieces of fruit a day + all the potatoes (vegs) so surely thats plenty.
I'm bound to have oatmeal instead of shredded wheat plenty of times as well.
I assume that how many calories I need because all of the calculators out there say my maintenance calorie intake w/heavy workout that day is 3000, so to add around 800/900 cals seems about right. What do you reckon, that seem a good amount for my weight? |
