I'm guessing that dumbells would place more of an emphasis on the chest than a barbell...but are there any other tips for making my chest feel the burn instead of relying on tricep strength to get me through each lift?
List your "overall workout structure", which includes exercises for each body part, sets, and reps. Additionally, include the days you dont train (rest periods), and your current diet structure.

How long have you been training?
