| No offense but that site doesn't say much. It's like a lot of other ab sites I've seen, "All gadgets/pills/crunches don't work!! Buy my product and I'll show you what REALLY works!". The book may be very good but the information is probably out there on the internet already and it's probably not worth $50. |
