How are you doing? I was thinking of ways I kept myself motivated when I was loosing weight and thought I would share (one woman to another

I found a pair of jeans that I could fit like a year prior, and hung them on the wall in front of my treadmill (I work out at home-not sure if you do, but if you have a place that you see everyday you could put whatever inspires you-pic, clothes, etc...there) I also kept a good size calendar in front of my treadmill on the wall, and for everyday I worked out I marked an "X" in a fat black marker. For every day I didn't, I marked an "X" in a fat red marker.
For me having the visual reminders helped me to keep going.
