Need some advice

Hey guys, I'm new to the site and i'm looking for some help.

First, a few things about me.

I'm a 25 year old male about 5'8 and 155. I was a 2-time highschool state champ for 100m and 200m freestyle, and wen't to a div-1 school on a full ride for swimming. I was in great shape obviously in hs and college (about 145), but now after graduating in 06' i've lost motivation to workout and as much as i hate to say it, have succumbed to the fast food diet . I'm not really out of shape, but I dont have my abs anymore and I'm getting some pudge on the stomach and sides. I live at the beach so about the only workout i get is from surfing about 3 to 4 times a week (if there are waves). I work 45 - 50 hours a week and make enough to just get by.

My questions are...

- What are some relatively cheap breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices from the store? I need to get off the fast food QUICK.

- I'd like to start working out again. What are some good at-home exercises to do for my core and upper body. What is a good cardio schedule to follow?

All in all, I'd like to drop 10 pounds and get back in tip top shape like i used to be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
