| Getting a sixpack by purely doing just sit-ups is a hard job. Use weights when doing sit-ups it really helps and you don't need to do 100 sit ups as you get the same result with 15 situps with some resistance. Take a small weight behind your neck next time you do sit-ups and see how much harder it is. Then whenever the sit-ups start to feel too easy take a heavier weight plate. Still, first you have to burn out the fat by consuming more or eating less. |
