ide go get it checked out at the doctors. u definately injuryed it. but with any injury, u'll need to take extra time to stretch that body part from now on. taking more time to warm it up with lighter weight and stuff. but don't worry about losing muscle. everybody has something called muscle memory, if you do get smaller in a month of rest, when you hit the weights again, it'll all come back. and probably with a vengence. i took a year off from the gym and dropped 30lbs in about 6 months. within the 1st month of training again i gained 15 of it back, and now im heavier and more cut than ive ever been. ive gained about 40lbs back
