the verdict is still out on soy protein. whey protein however, is known to be good stuff.
don't try to get your protein from breakfast cereal. you need 'real' protein...eggs, cottage cheese, a breakfast steak (mmmm steaky goodness), etc. |
I'm female and I won't touch anything that has any soy in it. I absolutely hate the stuff. It does things to my body that I don't like. Bloating for one. Increase in bodyfat percentage for another. Horrible stuff.
That's just what it does to me. I don't know if other women have the same horrible side effects that I do.
