I'm just guessing......but if you're at 7% body-fat and things still are flabby or don't look right, chances are you need to consult with a doctor or some kind of expert who can really figure-out what is going on. Perhaps it's loose skin? Perhaps it's some strange scar-tissue left from formerly being very heavy? I don't know any details about you....age, gender, former history of possible obesity, etc....but even if I did, again, at 7% and doing the exercise and diet you're doing, your at the very tail-end of progress and you likely need some hands-on/in-person experience from someone who really has a degree & understanding in the field.

Perhaps the thing is, not everyone is destine & capable of dieting & exercising down into a chiseled piece of absolute perfection. Given the extremes you're going to, perhaps you should focus on what you have done, what positive things you do like and just accept what you've got. Even super-models have several issues with things on their body they hate.....

But I feel your frustration...the body fights to maintain what it wants and sometimes progress comes ever so gradually in what seems like an overwhelming headwind. In the last 6 weeks I've lost .05% body-fat and yet the scale hasn't budged...so the conclusion is 1-pound gained muscle, 1-pound lost fat. Hard to believe I could exercise so much and eat as little as I do and that's all I got. You're not alone!
