| well here is the deal,
im 6' , male, age 20, weighing in at 163 lbs. scale says 7% bfat
i used one of those electric fat measuring things at my gym where u hold it out infront of u after entering your stats.
anyway the fat loss is not the problem man, the problem is the pooch is mainly made of skin, i do have a flat stomach its just i have to lift the skin at the bottom for it to look flat. However the skin does have a little bit of fat attached to it.
in order for the skin to tighten according to many people, you must completely rid the skin of any attached fat. is this true? has anyone tested this theory? i do have stretch marks but its not very saggy, just enough to discomfort me
therefore i must reach 4-5% body fat for the skin to tighten around my lower belly. trust me im not writing this to whine about lack of progress, perhaps i just need someone to inspire me, or show me they have been at my place and overcome it for me to push on without hesitation
thanks for the replies however i respect your opinions |
