| Thank you guys a bunch for your help thus far = ) For now, however, my workout will have to remain at home willcraig, I do not have the most money in the world, and I do not have a flow of income at the moment either = / Going to the gym definitely seems daunting, but its not really a thing thats a choice factor for me at this point, I simply can't get the transportation/the money, not yet anyways.
I am certain that I can workout though without the help of a gym and achieve the results I want. I have the most important things right now anyways in my mind to achieve my goals which is the will power, my body, and the internet = ) Just need some bar bells...
Ehh, well, maybe someone out there might be willing to tell me otherwise, but anyways.. I think for now, I am best off with going with a beginners program of simply dieting, dynamic stretching, running(bleh..), push ups, situps, and whatever other nily frilly exercises I run across. Quite obviously not as researched on the exercises themselves and all of their nilly frilly names (wth is a quadricept? O.o!?) as I am on the basic 'outline' and gist of everything.
I'm really just looking for something as simple as peoples opinions on the whole matter before I go on, like if they think it is such a good idea to workout without a fancy gym membership or if they think I should go with the p90x program or whatever.. Not looking for any hand holding, but I will be back with a workout most probably to see what people think = )
Meh.. Maybe I should make up my own mind, but I really just feel like I'm incapable of making the right choice as to what route to go, lol.. Thanks in advance =) |
