Thanks for the write up without any typos as well, nice. But really, so eat starch and fiber right if you want to lose weight? Those are good carbs versus eating candy or deep fried twinkie?
What is this JAmba Juice? Is that like Smoothie King? We don't have Jamba Juice here is Atlanta. Smoothie King causes me much suspicion. I don't trust those people not to load up my shake with fat causing agents. All the people who work in them are not exactly endorsements for good health and fitness.

A deep fried Twinkie sounds really awesome to me. I might have that the day after comp. With a dallop of Hagen Daas rum raisin ice cream on top.
