| Calorie cutting is king. You could sit on your couch all day and lose weight if your calories are adjusted accordingly. I wouldn't recommend it, but it is theoretically possible. I have read a few theories on that weight lost this way is very easily gained back.
The best method is in my opinion to eat your maintain. Cal's a day(for low activity) and exercise to tilt the scale in your favor. This avoids the hunger issues and is in my belief the healthiest and best way to do it. |
