Actually your diet looks like the problem.

If your calories are too low and you are not getting enough nutrients, your body will respond by slowing your metabolism. It doesn't look like you get nearly enough whole grains or proteins. You really need to increase your caloric intake and balance it out more. Fruit is fine, but too much fruit can actually cause you to gain weight (the sugar content of fruit is pretty high).
Another thing you need to do (and added calories will help you with this) is put some weight training in your routine. Start off slow and do weights at least twice a week. I hope this helps.
