| Sorry for being vague.. well as u assumed i am a lineman and have just recently started working out.. i need to improve everything all around pretty much.. i havent started to bench press yet cause i cant seem to balance it for long and usually just mess it all up. i can squat about 80lbs on each side comfortably, ive never tried more. i dont know what my bodyfat is but its prob on the higher end. no injurys.
i also want to know what the best split for excersices. (ex. back/shouldars monday, tues. legs, etc.)

i was reading about your Maximum Gains 5-Day Split on your webpage and was wondering if that would be effective for me in addition to cardio in the mornings and heavy cardio on the weekends.
