| Well im not really an expert about this kind of stuff. But when you go on your diets, you need self control. Every once in a while have a candy bar, the atkins low carb carmal peanut cluster is pretty good it taste exactly like a snickers bar. When you deprive your body of the food you like, it builds up and up and up untill you can control it anymore then you see your mom cooking something you love..you tell yourself no, but you cant help yourself, and you eat the food. So my only advice to you man is to eat healthy but at the same time eat law calorie junk food, in your wal-mart there is a low carb/calorie isle in the food section, in almost every wal-mart there is one, it has a nice little silection of junk food.
