| When I was young (15) I had similar problems I lived with my parents and therefore ate what they cooked. I was a stone overweight for my size. I soon solves this problem. At first I was convinced that doing weights would help me get ripped but I was wrong. I stopped the weights, joined a Rugby team, and ensured I did 1 hour Cardio every day and some crunches. I ate whatever I wanted but still stayed fit and eventually I developed a six pack. So if you want t lose weight, just do regular cardio vascular excercise. |
