I just joined a gym again after a llloonnnggg time. They use apex equipment. At the gym I was at before they gave out cards where you logged the date you came, weight you used, reps... Are there any of these handy cards online that I can print? I know we don't have all the equipment at the gym but it would still be nice to have.
