| eat before cardio, i made that mistake and lost a hell of alot of muscle trying to lose the fat, i recon the muscle mass burnt quicker than the bodyfat because at the end of it i was underweight but still fat!, i felt tired and shakey after morning cardio sessions. that was 2 yrs ago, since ive started to eat more before traing the fat reduction has continued, i feel alot healthier, and i'm steadily gaining lean mass, if the body was designed to work on a fasted state the average bricklayer would be eating 1 meal per week! think about it |
