3 weeks back squat
3 weeks good mornings
3 weeks deadlift (generally speaking)
Mreik, you can do as Tate suggested and do GHRs, RDLs, and bb step ups. If you ever get a chance to see Tate and Wendler at a seminar, it's def worth the trip. |
