Mon - Chest & Tri's
Tues - Back & Bi's
Wednesday - Legs
Thurs - Shoulders & Ab's
Fri - Off, or if you have anything else you would like to do you could do it this day.
For a football player you may want to do a little more than one day a week on legs, seeing as it is such an important part of football. maybe have another legs day friday? I dunno.
