| im 16, 5'8 130lbs (i said i was skinny) ....i workout everyday, monday= arms and abs(dumbell curls and situps) ....tuesday= i do my chest(pushups)...ps. i dont go to the gym so yea im kinda limited my diet sorta sucks i guess.... breakfast i have an instant shake thing, lunch i usually eat pizza at school, then dinner i almost always have some type of meat... |
