| I really think that any calorie burning cardio will help your overall fat. All of those you mentioned are good. You may be retaining water, if your main problem is weight you see in your face. Have you been eating too much salt recently?
I would also be concerned about a health problem if this "weight" you're talking about came on suddenly or is very noticeable. If it's edema (lots of swelling, all over) you should contact your doctor.
Have you stepped on a scale? Have you put on any weight? If you haven't, maybe your face is just changing, it happens to everyone as they get older. |
