Just thort I'd announce that I am back from my long break.
I've not posted here for months as I have been without a computer for some time.
Ive just moved into my 1st house which is pretty cool. Its nice to be a home owner.
Hi, Jenn - Mriek - Evo - JP - Nobody - and every1 else I used to talk to.
Ive lost a bit of my bulk, and got a nice little layer of fat where I stopped training but carried on eatting the same.
Oh, and Im not a member of a gym anymore, so i'm gonna be hangging out with the "home gym" guys. I got myself a power tech bench and rack and an oly barbell+dumbell set. Saving up the squat rack add on. |
