ha.

LV - nice to see you.

thanks for the kind words guys. Good luck EVO! its seriously great to have your own space!

I have started a little progect which a may like some help with.
We all know that many people are very over weight and unfit, Well im gonna try my best to improve the health of people in my area.
I am writing a short book called "where to start"
there will be 3 main sections

Where to start - loosing weight
Where to start - building muscle
Where to start - fittness training

each will have the sections
diet, exercise, philosiphy, goals, etc...

I know this has all been done before, but this is gonna be a compleate begginers guide, but instead of writing out set programs and diet routiens, I'm gonna explaine how people can learn to do it themselves. I feel people will stay interested for longer if they learn to set there own goals, and write there own programs.

My aim is to make this information completely free for everybody, and incorage a healthy lifestyle. I have contacted my local council who want me to present it to them at the end of the year. I will have the backing of gyms and supermarkets and schools who will distribute the books, and addvertise in them. I will also get a page spread addvert, and maybe a suppliment in the local news papers.

As you guys know my spelling and wording is not all that good and I would be greatfull for any help or refferences.

I would also like to ask the admin staff if I can addvertise this website. it means that we will get much more interest from ppl with "real questions" as they will already know the basics.

If anybody else from anywhere in the world would like to get involved then it will make this idea much more appeeling to councils, and the public.

I have set up an email address if anybody wants to get involed or has information which may help me.
